Can't connect to backup storage NFS

I recently upgraded backup storage, SYSIE27802
On the control panel the new service indicates NFS protocol enabled but I can't connect.
I've used NFS several times before with soyoustart and familiar with the process but this is the first time it hasn't worked.
Error indicates NFS server is not configured. I logged a support request via email and the control panel but have not received a response.
NFS path tried:
BACKUPSERVER:/export/ftpbackup/HOSTNAME
