That's why I moved to Hetzner. Unfortunately OVH will only replace disks if it's actually failed rather than failing in my experience. There is no guaranteed replacement time of anything with OVH sadly, they don't adhere to their own SLA's.

Your best bet is to get on the phone to them.

What is the guaranteed intervention/repair time for replacement of faulty disk (OVH server range)?

I have been waiting for 16 days so far and the disk is still not replaced. Hetzner typically needs 2 hours ...
