sometimes there's some misunderstanding about the supported distros/operating systems. Most users check on the complete, server-independent list:
https://www.ovh.co.uk/dedicated_servers/distributions/, but the real list the user should consider is the list for each server. For Hosting servers, it's this:
https://www.ovh.co.uk/dedicated_serv...xml?range=HOST. If you see, CloudLinux is not available on any HOSTING server. Don't know why, but it's just not available.
Now, on why it doesn't starts, you should take a look to the KVM, yo should see what's the problem there. I'd bet it's a hardware compatibility issue; maybe it's just not detecting the network card. Remember when running cldeploy you get a new (a little bit old) kernel installed, and that can change many things.
