That's why I'm posting on the forum, Neil.

My account has credit in it, so I was hoping a reply on here might tell me why it's happened.

Should I ring support instead?

hi

my hosted exchange service has 2 accounts, with an expiry date of 1st October and 4th October. Usually, these automatically renew, and either put my accounts credit into a minus figure where I will then top it up, or, if I've already credited the account, just deduct the amount from my account balance.

there's currently a positive credit on the account, but the service hasn't renewed itself yet. it is still active though, thankfully. can someone advise me why I have not yet been invoiced?
