Windows got built-in notifications and warnings and stuff, just like for anything else.
It will warn you once the raid degrades.
You can also check SMART from time to time, just to make sure.

This'd be a software thing so OVH wouldn't help you monitoring the health of your RAID or your hard drives. I'm sure there's plenty of software available for this, you just have to search.

Unfortunately I generally stick with Linux and very rarely use windows on Servers, so I can't recommend any software.

Hello,
Suppose we take configuration of 3 SSD with Software RAID-5 + Windows DC Edition 2012 R2
then how we can monitor RAID and health of RAID Array and Drives in Windows OS?

Asking as last time when i did a install of a OS => It shown me RAID array as a single C Drive only..?

Please suggest...as monitoring of drive is a must otherwise we go no where.
