I am expecting to have a fully functional conrol panel. I`m expecting to be able to install my third party SSL cert. I`m expecting to have more additional info/guidelines/working HELP button, in order not to have any dead-ends like i do now and there is nobody to help me. Even on this forum, nobody could answer how to install third party SSL cert?!

Did you ever try to click - Contact by Email? It just redirects me to my Control Panel.
But when i click Control Panel, i`m redirected to a blank page.

The manager V6 works perfectly fine for me - http://ovh.com/manager - As far as I can see the 'Control Panel' links on both ovh.ie and ovh.co.uk link to the V6 Manager...

What browser are you using exactly?

What product do you have? Dedicated? Hosting? VPS?

OVH aren't intending to provide managed support for their services, the only sort of support you'll receive is for any issues with network or hardware, and obviously sales/billing etc. If you're having issues with software, OVH will not help you.

There is NO support. Normal hosting companies have LIVE chat at least.

Is it just me, or is support extremely slow now?

I have an MC-32 from ovh.ie and asking simple questions for a sudden replacement of the "remote reboot system" is taking 24+ hours, with my latest question still unanswered for over 24 hours.

I remember support tickets taking much less than 24 hours several years ago.

There is NO support. Normal hosting companies have LIVE chat at least.

i have send couple of emails plus i have validated my order with id card - electricity paper,
i have done everything and i have no response... is there something happen or is just me? im really dont know how to continue this order,its also have been expired.. because i get only 1-2 emails back
