Somebody just told me that..

I can't actually continue with the verification as I don't meet the age requirements to receive some of the verification options, so I can only complete one.

How am I meant to go about getting a refund in that case as the payment has gone through, I'd assume I just call them on Monday?

The order hasn't been processed yet, as a new customer you'll need to go through the verification process before your account and order are created.

Ordered a VPS earlier, and I'm sure it said I'd receive my NIC via email.

I've got an email saying that the order has been created, yet no email telling me my NIC.

Is this normal, or do I just have to be patient?
