Try this: go to the manager, click "old custommer interface", select the domain on the list, go to contacts, and change the administrative contact, using the NIC handle of the new owner.

Hi,

I have a .com domain name registered with OVH UK, and need to transfer it to someone else.

The person has registered with OVH FR (created a login), and then I tried to use the domain ownership form, but it does not work, as OVH can't do domain transfer between its subsidiaries/different countries.

I have contacted support, and they initially said they would do a manual process. Now they say there is nothing they can do, and are not providing options/alternatives either.

How I am supposed to transfer a domain name to someone else??

Domain name is expiring in 2 weeks' time, but I have the feeling it's not going to be available for purchase right away and would be locked by OVH for a while. Plus there is a risk of losing it altogether.
