There are two parts where it can delay:

- You account may need validation, if you've never placed an order before. They should have send you an email about that, asking for a proof of identity and/or a proof of address.
- Depending on which server model you ordered, its setup time can vary from 120 sec to 10 days.

Ordered server and paid invoice 4 days ago. Submited support ticket 3 days ago about this issue and no response. Sent email and also no response.
