Hey,

Make sure you have setup the correct network config for the IP Block.
Also, you do not need virtual MAC for openvz, it will just work automatically.

If you use xen of kvm then you would need virtual MAC's

Hope this helps!

If you're manually adding them for the interface, the netmasks are different , for a /29 block, it's a 255.255.255.248, however, in Solus you can use 255.255.255.0

When you order the IP, the email will state the Gateway and Netmask

eg. for failovers
address IP.FAIL.OVER
netmask 255.255.255.255
gateway server.ip..ending.with .254
Blocks are different

The gateway must be the same your dedicated server has configured. Netmask varies: it's 255.255.255.255 for sparse IPs, but can have other values for FO IP blocks.

There is no mandatory nameserver, but if you don't have a preffered dns server, you can try to use Google Public DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

It should just route automatically after adding IPs to Solus. Have you added the IP to Solus? ( https://documentation.solusvm.com/di...S/Add+IP+Block ) When you do this, it'll route...
