When you order a Windows VPS, you get the administrator login details in an email, but you can't use them for an RDP connection because you need to change the password on first use.
This means going into the Control Panel and changing the password manually via the KVM. This is a real pain, because I get my customers to purchase the VPS and we set it up, so I have to instruct them how to do it.
This only seems to be happening on the 2016 Windows VPS servers, the previous 2014 ones were fine and the RDP worked great using the login details in the email.
Is anyone else getting this?
