If you're a new customer you need to go through a manual validation process first, that'll take place during normal working hours, which is Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM GMT.

I've recently purchased a Dedicated Gameserver from OVH which says it will be ready in "120 Seconds". 7 Hours have passed and still haven't been contacted by support or received my server. Has this happened to anyone else, is there something wrong? Please let me know. :C
