So that's not an incident ticket, you've just submitted a standard support ticket by the sounds of it.

Submit an incident ticket with solid proof of the issues you're seeing such as traceroutes and MTRs.

switch 106.248 is where my server is and this has been ongoing on for over 6 months and ovh has never fixed it..they don't care. they just want the money.
