Account Validation

Hello! I'm hoping someone can help me with some clarification. I simply want to purchase a shared exchange mailbox (like 3 euros per month). For that, it seems that I have to validate my account. I sent my ID to validation@ovh.net and they replied back with this:

"Sorry, but we can't access to your account bb110914-ovh​ from here (French validation service). You must send your request to the good service."

I asked which email address I should contact that could validate my account and was given the URL to OVH support. I'm sure this is not what I need.

Can I please get clarification on how I can go about validating my account?
