Customers with AT&T can not connect to our server

Hello,

I will try to keep it short.

Our customers that use AT&T carrier can not access our website. We are losing almost all our USA customers.

I have opened a support ticket 6 days ago and not any help so far.

I have provided with traceroute from different points and can not reach my server.

You can test your site connection from AT&T using the traceroute provided by AT&T

Anyone else having this issues? any help?
