Have you previously ordered with OVH? If not you need to validate your account, that's a manual process which only takes place during support normal working hours.

Once you have a validated account, then services are provisioned by an automated system.

It seems not correct. I've ordered VPS 01-12-2015 10:58:01, my documents validated 10 hours ago, and payment mannualy accepted 8 hours ago - stil no any access to VPS

This is taking the piss now, how can a big company treat clients like this, this is almost 24 hours with no word about anything.

I am extremely disappointed!!!!

i ordered a VPS server over 16 hours ago and the order is still in progress, this is really unacceptable in this day and age of instant setup, how can it simply take that long to setup a small VPS server.

Getting ridicules now. i think i will request a refund and go to a good provider.
