That'll do nothing other than just annoy the staff, in which case the spam tickets will just be deleted for spam. Spamming or annoying them is among the worse things you can do.

Best bet would be to phone them, it sounds like a lot of people are having better luck with phone support than via ticket.

I opened a ticket regarding failed hardware (MEMORY, went through all the tests in rescue mode, the server kept freezing only during memory tests) a week ago, AND INSTEAD OF BEING ACKNOWLEDGED AND ACTED UPON, IT HAS BEEN REMOVED!!!!!!!!
