Doesn't anyone from the OVH team even look at these forums? Why have them, if you don't support your customer community with them?

Hmm...no answer.
Guess I'll have to actually go with Rackspace. The OVH prices are nice looking, but if I can't even get an answer to a simple question, even if it is "Nope, sorry. Not at this time." well, that missing service outweighs the better prices.

Is it possible to calculate bandwidth on a per user basis? What we are looking at is a PaaS scenario, where we have customers using our service, who will be using OVH's service in the end. Costs like CDN bandwidth would be a pass-through costs to our customers, but we'd need to know how much bandwidth each customer uses, to bill them accordingly.
