Hello.
I purchased a server from you guys the 7th of December. 96 hours ago to be exact. The next day, you sent me a mail asking for proof of address and a copy of my ID. I sent that the next morning (48+ hours ago).
Now it has been over 48 hours since you guys received this, and I still haven't received my server information yet. Unbelievable. I paid for a business. Do you think a business can wait over 4 days for a server?
We need this server URGENTLY, which is why I paid on a Tuesday, so I had all week to set it up and make it ready. This is starting to become ridiculous. I only picked OVH, because I already have a server with you, but for my own personal stuff.
Please do something about this. If I have not received my server login within 24 hours, I will find another provider and demand my money back. This is starting to become quite irritating.
