Hi,

I'm trying to transfer a bunch of domains to you.

I have an order that's waiting at "We check your payment manually". The payment has been received by you according to the previous screen.

I've tried contacting support however, I haven't been emailed an account to use your support system, and when I call you, you hang up rather than put me into a queue (or tell me anything about your Christmas working hours, if that's why you're hanging up) when all your staff are busy, which is obviously is extremely frustrating.

Can someone actually get in touch with me about this order. The number is: 46439928?
