After waiting 2 days for an answer from SyS? and reading the forums that the support is really slow on the uptake. Did anyone ever succeed in refunding a server? any clue?
I just want a refund because it seems I am not able to do with the servers what I thought was possible making it completely useless to me. But with this support speed it seems the months go by once I finally get an answer. It seems the servers from OVH themselves are more widening because on them I am able to do what I want to do. So I wanna use the money I used from SyS to buy an OVH server.
