I know this process, i did sent them proof of ID and address and they verified that (yesterday) Now it says loading details whatsoever. But thanks for letting me know that they dont work at weekends.

Bought yesterday a VPS + DOmain, still havent gotten anything and made support ticket aswell still no answer.. So, whats up? I didin't pay for wait, i paid for services.
