generally speaking, SYSsupport response time are slower than OVH. For orders, there could be an account validation delay (you would know that by looking at the order) or a delivery delay, if there is a backlog

Hi,

Sorry to bother you guys, I did submit a ticket but it hasn't been looked at yet. I have a few dedicated servers with SYS and as this is my first post on the forum like to say how impressed we are with it. I ordered a Dedicated Server from their Sunday and still have not got the details or confirmation in my control panel of the order.

Not sure if its just where I am use to getting servers quick from you guys, or if their is something up with my order.
