Thank you for your email.

By default the primary DNS would be the VPS name:

vps238004.ovh.net

You would configure the DNS on the VPS itself, afterwards you would configure
the secondary DNS as sdns2.ovh.net

The secondary DNS can be configured at:

ovh.com/manager

Manager >> VPS >> Advance >> DNS configuration

Nameservers need to be registered on the side of your server. Unfortunately there is not much we can do in order to influence this process. As I see sdns2.ovh.net has been registered, however vps238004.ovh.net has been not yet.
Artiom, please try to contact your hosting provider again and ask them to check the validity of vps238004.ovh.net nameservers. Also, please ask them to provide you with the exact nameservers you need to point your domain name to.

Please help guys, vps238004.ovh.net not working... OVH support sleeping.
