in any case, as there are security measures in place, I would not leave to the last hour to renew a server, as there could be unexpected things.

This is why I renew ~2 weeks before mine are due - although all my payments have been approved within 30 minutes every time (shh, don't jinx it!), you can never tell with OVH!

You would think most would grasp this by now, even new customers.

my server was renewed on time but suddenly suspended for expiration ! i have renew my service 3 time but my payments not accepted .
i have open many tickets for understand why ? and send requested documents but OVH SUPPORT ignoring me .

I didn't receive any answer from OVH at all .
what should i do
