VPS cloud or plain VPS?

Hello community,
Recently, me and my team of devs were thinking of starting a gameserver and needed something to start off before we head into a dedicated system. I've checked both VPS and VPS Cloud but I can't actually spot any differences except for the tech specs. Is there anything I need to know about these?
my first opinion was to use a VPS cloud.
