Public Cloud SLA

I was just looking at the public cloud SLA. 99.999%, very impressive.

Then I see "you will receive damages of 0.5% of the monthly rate per minute of unavailability"

That's 200 minutes before you would receive 100% compensation.

My worry here is that your compensation level doesn't seem to back up the confidence of the five nines SLA statement.

Why is it not 2% every minute, or even 5% if you are that confident in stating 99.999%?
