Thank you for your reply, actually i don't need to move the time because im looking to get higher plan: Enterprise 128GB and that's why i ask to cut the renewal month invoice
IE164488 from mentioned server. Anyway i hope you will refund it as credit to my ovh account.

Hello,
May i please ask, since our ticket is not answered which i have submited 4 days ago. My question is below:
One of my server Enterprise plan 64GB was gona to expire in 25.02.2016 and i have renewed it for + one month which it will expire now 25.03.2016. Since we are looking to go with higher plan, i have opened a ticked and requested that if is possible to refund for the last invoice which it was for one month renewal from 25.02.2016 till 25.03.2016 to my ovh account as credit so its not a regular refund to my paypal or credit card but to credit my ovh account. If is this possible or not, because i don't find anything related such cases in their ToS.
