OVH staff do not work at the weekend, so depending on the time on Friday that you ordered, it's completely normal for it to not be processed over the weekend.

Manual payment checks are only for the first order you place, you'll need to provide proof of ID/Address, you should get an email regarding that.

Once your account is verified then orders will be processed automatically in the future.
