There is nothing you can do. One server is in Canada and other is in France.

I have recently ordered a server from BHS datacentre, but while trying to migrate data, i have realized i can barely get download speed from RBX 10- 15Mbit and also i have realized that starting multiple downloads doesnt make any significant change on speed ( 15 Mbit is MAX )

What should i do to deal with this issue ?
