Hi, Jon. Not sure if the Manager interface for the new VPS is the same as the old one, but in mine(Olv, VMware-based VPS Cloud) I have a Ctrl+Alt+Del button above the KVM display, which I can click in order to send the key combination to the VPS.

Having problems changing the password for my windows VPS with the KVM console fo r the first time so i can use Remote Desktop

The KVM console/window pops up and loads then it says the standard Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to login BUT.. ctrl+alt+del doesn't affect the console window and only affects my pc. The mouse cursor works in the window though.

Can someone explain what I'm missing and how to change the password because I've been at it for over an hour and search google extensively.
