Yes, each dedicated server can have up to 256 IPs. If you want to get all the 256 IPs, you may need to order them in /30 blocks, or larger. if you want to route them via vRack, you may want to get larger blocks, as, when router via vRack, you lose 5 IPs for each block.

If you get the server on Beauharnois, you can choose IPs geolocated on Canada or US.

Remark: According to ARIN guidelines, you will probably be required to provide a reason for such IP quantity requirement. That's due to IPv4 exhaustion.

What you mean with ''order them in /30 blocks'' i want use this proxy in same time if this ovh allow ?

On Dedicated servers, you can get up to 256 IPs (could actually be less than that, as you are allowed to have 64 prefixes or 256 up, whichever you get first). For each IP, you pay €2 one time setup fee, and there's no monthly payment.

On VPS Cloud or SSD, you can get up to 16 additional IPs for your server; Same as with Dedicated, each IP will cost you €2 one time setup fee, and no monthly fee.

Remarks:
- €2 means €2 + Taxes
- Regarding VPS, this is only for the current(2016) VPS SSD & Cloud Ranges. Previous VPS ranges(OVZ based VPS Classic, or VMware based VPS Cloud), rules are different. 2014 VPS Classic cannot have additional IPs, while 2014 VPS Cloud can, but it costs €1 monthly.
- Regarding dedicated servers, it only applies for current ranges. Some previous ranges have different rules on IPs.

I need more ips in ovh canada, montreal, what is best solution and how much cost,
I read about this and i see you offer ips only with cloud vps and dedicated ? with cloud i can get max 16 ips and with dedicated 250 ips ?
I pay for each ip 2$ one time ? or this ip come with dedicated price ?
If i buy dedicated with 250ips i can all this ip be same location, montreal ?
