Totally unfair, OVH should fix this problem for good. We credit them money for months and beg for our money every single time, it was not a single payment I didn't have to beg for it , even those paid with no provided services. I wonder how many of us really care because its really disrespectful to keep people's money without any right to do it. I'm working damn hard for my money, I don't allow anyone to steal it.

Dani , proceed with the refund for god's sake !! I have the ticket opened from 04/03/2016 , I thought you had fixed your issues but we still have to beg for the refunds ? Please refund the payment. I have update the ticket on 14/04/2016 but no one is replying. Is someone from SYS fire TOM as he is the laziest support person I have ever heard of !

Have you read the ticket problem ? That is not a freshly ordered server to get that answer. I had this server for 3 months and I paid for the 4th moth by mistake. I have requested for the refund immediately after the payment. You are not going to be able to refund that payment ?

Dani, please check TICKET#2016030419015649. Who is this TOM from support ? After the phone conversion he ALWAYS lie to me that he understand the situation and he is going to take care of the situation after conversion and then he does absolutely nothing for days and I have to open forum request for you to take the proper action to solve the problem. In this case I have called SYS support friday 4 March at 12:00 and he told me that he is going to resolve the problem immediately but 3 days after !! (2 hours ago) he replied to my tTICKET#2016030419015649 telling that I have installed OS and nothing can be done while the subject of my request was not to refund a freshly order server but a totally different request. I have used the server for 3 months and decided it to leave it so the server got suspended but next days when I selected the servers I want to keep I have wrongly ticket also the suspended server I don't need it anymore and paid this server among others. My request is to refund that payments for server ns380562 within invoice SYSIE41379.

I have opened a ticket request for server ns380562.ip-188-165-248.eu to be refunded but no one is replying ! I have called support and TOM promised me that he will take care of it immediately , that was 6 hours ago and my problem is not solved.
