Update:
The issue was that when you buy a game server from OVH they give you a dedicated GAME firewall that's active on your ip's. Disabling or allowing ports through this firewall has fixed the issue.
Hello, I've submitted a ticket regarding this but I though maybe someone here could help me too.
I purchased a MC-32 server in the BHS datacenter. Everything appears to run great and the performance is just what I want, however there is a very odd issue I'm experiencing.
I'll start by saying that I'm on Ubuntu 14.04 and I haven't touched IPTables and it appears to be accepting all connections.
I have the following game servers:
Minecraft - Port:25565
Minecraft - Port:25575
Minecraft - Port:25585
Minecraft - Port:25595
Minecraft - Port:25565 (Different IP)
Counter-Strike Global Offensive - Port:27015
GarrysMod - Port: 27015 (Different IP)
GarrysMod - Port:27015 (Different IP)
Call of Duty: 4 - Port:28960
Call of Duty: World at War - Port:28960
Now my issue is that everyone can connect perfectly to any of the minecraft servers but for whatever reason they cannot connect to any of the others without going through some strange steps. I've confirmed this with 8 or so people and it might sound crazy but this is how I get people to connect to the other servers.
The person must connect to one of the Minecraft servers, then for whatever reason like magic the other servers become visible and available to connect to for that person. I've never heard of an issue with a weird half-solution like this and so I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out here, how can I make it so users can connect to all my servers without the need to connect to a minecraft one first?
