vKVM Problem

I wouldn't mind working remotely for their support if it improved it.

Anyone seen this error before?

Customer support do not work at weekends or bank holidays, but the technicians do so they can attend hardware issues.

I think that OVH being so big should always have at least one person on 24 hours a day to answer support requests. It wouldn't cost them an inconsiderable amount to have one person on during the night, bank holidays, christmas, new year, etc.

Remember OVH is a professional company, I don't see why they don't already do this. Take note OVH!

Hi Guys,

Error when recovering the linux kernel.

Im getting that when trying to use the vKVM it keeps saying

on netboot: root=/dev/hda1
on harddisk:

Harddisk wont boot as it says cant connect, presume its because of the firewall issue im trying to fix.

OVh support won't reply either.

HELP!
