Customer support do not work at weekends or bank holidays, but the technicians do so they can attend hardware issues.
I think that OVH being so big should always have at least one person on 24 hours a day to answer support requests. It wouldn't cost them an inconsiderable amount to have one person on during the night, bank holidays, christmas, new year, etc.
Remember OVH is a professional company, I don't see why they don't already do this. Take note OVH!
