Hi,
what's your payment method ?
if you are a new customer you should verify your identity by sending the verification document, that's which usually all the customers did for OVH services.
my verification took about 2-3 days to be validated. however I can't pay the invoice before the verification.
if you already paid check your bank if the payment have been done or not.

wish that your issue already have been resolved
