They did a promo all last month by removing the setup fees, as seedhost said, their prices are probably already the cheapest in the business so I'd be surprised if you see any coupons for them

I've been using SYS services since the beginning and I personally don't recall any coupon codes.
Further to what's said above, I believe that their prices are already very affordable and competitive.

I searched for promo code and found this URL http://www.fyvor.com/coupons/ovh/ which gives coupon codes for OVH servers and it says "Your discount will be automatically applied at checkout!" but nothing on the order page as it again ask for promo code.

Not currently. I believe SyS ran a deal a while back where setup fees were removed but they seem to be back now. The prices are so cheap I guess they need to stop people buying new servers constantly instead of reinstalling their exiting ones.
