SYS didn't respond to my ticket for 3 weeks now, I never encountered such a thing in any other place before

They're generally quite busy so there's a few hours between replies, particularly with SYS. They work until 6PM so obviously they didn't get to your ticket within the 4 hours that they had (baring in mind they also deal with OVH tickets and will generally prioritise those over SYS).

SYS support generally don't work weekends so yes, i'd expect it to be Monday at the earliest.
