Because they all haved holidays after 2PM?
They're generally quite busy so there's a few hours between replies, particularly with SYS. They work until 6PM so obviously they didn't get to your ticket within the 4 hours that they had (baring in mind they also deal with OVH tickets and will generally prioritise those over SYS).
