Many companies required verification of fraudulent orders. And its very common in USA.

That's normal. OVH, as many companies around the world offering similar services, asks to validate your identity in order to prevent fraud.
Just yesterday, Y places an order in another company(located in EU also), and they asked me to send a proof of identity. Absolutely normal.

Just got an email stating to send either a copy of my drivers licence,or a bill etc. My money has been taken so why the need for all the rigmarole. I think its just a bit over the top. Emailed help but still waiting as I think I will cancel.
