I believe this post is in relation to the following?

Based on the other forum post, it appears your VPS was performing attacks on another server. Due to this reason we had to take action on the VPS. I believe the logs indicate that you was performing the attacks.

are you kidding to yours customers
yesterday
I open 3 ticket
sent 2 mail
and today I call 3 different number but I cannot take support.

this is very very big problem !
now my vps in rescue mode and all of the control panel functions is closed I caouldnt use the restar my vps.

and yesterday about 13:00 - 13:30 we take an attack 17mb and server closed by your technical service.
if in 17mb attack you will close the server plase close the company and get to home. !
