not true as they never had the 2 x AMD Opteron 4284 on OVH range of server, as for hard drives it depends on your luck! We had a brand new HDDs with one of our server.

There is an exception with the new ranges that they bring out obviously, but generally the majority of hardware is all recycled stuff, I would imagine that they have a number of Opterons and any ones that come in stock now will be from customers cancelling.
