Did you try to flush iptables
/sbin/iptables -F
and also delete all rules from firewall (if you have it in panel) or disable it.
If that does not fix the problem, then you have to contact support.
Also check twice is server started
ps aux | grep srcds
if this return empty, your server is not running.
