20 days without response!

I'm reading this whilst sat in a queue at OVH, I've now been "first in line for over 15 minutes". I watched the nice presentation on private cloud and got thinking about it, then I see posts like the above where tickets do not get answered for 20 days. That kind of brings you back down to earth and reminds you that everything is OK whilst its working. And when it goes wrong? Well, the answer to that can be seen in these forums in threads like this.

The downgrade of shared hosting can be done within the OVH manager at:

Manager >> Hosting >> Change offer

After spending thousands with OVH over the years, they've just appeared to have deleted all my business emails! They're UK support are reliant on their France staff doing the system admin work. I asked for a simple downgrade of a hosting account and they just deleted my emails and won't reply to my ticket!

Posting here won't help either. No OVH staff have been here since some time by now. What's exactly the problem?
