Hello,

I paid for server renewal. I was successfully billed for 70$ - order #3405534. Now it is stuck in "We check your payment manually" status.

Why that happened? I have paid multiple times before. My server is still not accessible and all my services are down.

Is there anything I can do to continue using the server?
