Not sure whats happening, I normally renew and get an invoice sent to my email straight away. This time I renewed I didn't recieve anything. Everything is the same, payment details etc.

Renewals shouldn't need approval, renewed mine yesterday without any issues

Been with OVH since days , First time its happpened to me .. I renewed a server and have not had it approved yet. This was over 5 hours ago.
Is there nobody checking and approving orders? Bank holiday or not. This is appalling.
