Problem about payment

Today I received a mail from SYS about the payment for my service to renew. I got the invoice attached on that mail. Then I logged into my account to process the payment.

However, payout amount do not appear on my panel, and there is no way to make the payment.

I created a ticket to report it, however I did not receive any response till now. I want to process the payment to sustain my service ASAP. Can you please help me to solve the problem?
