According to the ticket it was presenting a black screen and it was resolved by the replacement of the CPU - It looks like they replaced it for a better one that it had already.

Good to see server is up and running fine.. Did you managed to find why the server stopped functioning ? Just ensure it does not happen again.

I noticed that my server stopped functioning for some reason around 40 minutes ago, and logged into the manager to try and restart it before contacting you.

I just get a message that an intervention is already in place and that cannot be completed.

Please can you help as we really need this back up and running as soon as possible.

I've logged a support ticket and there is also an automated one that logged:
