3 days ago i have ordered a dedicated from soyoustart for my commerce site which is made by magento. In turkish hosting companies magento is working too slow.. So i have ordered a dedicated from sYS. They want my driver license and bank statement and i have been sent.. But in this 3 days they did not verificated my account stil.. And now there is no order in my control panel.. And there is not any Dedicated Server in soyoustart right now which i ordered before.. What can i do?
