YOu have to call or open a support ticket. Currently, there's no other way to cancel IPs.
How to cancel IPs ? I tried not to renew some IPs but SYS forces me pay them !

How to cancel IPs ? I tried not to renew some IPs but SYS forces me pay them !
Today is my due date for the server. I have 3 extra IPs I need to leave so I have selected "No Renewal" for the 3 IPs, but even so when I tick on the server and push renew button the invoice is generated with the 3 IPs included. I have also logged in on sys panel and tried to delete one IP first but I got one message that I will receive a confirmation email for the deletion, its one hour since I did that but no email to confirm that. Is there any steps I need to follow to cancel some IPs or sys forces us to pay them even if we don't want to ?
