It's a mystery for everyone. SyS never announces new stock, if they ever do add new stock. So your best option is just wait for someone to let a server expire.

You can also take a look at OVH VPS, Cloud Instances, and the Hosting Range, as those may also meet your requirements at reasonable prices, and they have stock most of the time.

How long does it take to replenished dedicated servers. Is that just a message when they are out of dedicated servers and that means I have to wait to someone's dedicated server expires and then they ll have stocks or, they will increase the number of their dedicated servers.
